Within our Technical Customer Services (TCS) we offer you competent services in the fields of products, raw materials and processes.
The mission of the Technical Customer Services department is to answer enquiries promptly and professionally.
Our services cover information relating to the following aspects:
- Existing products: Product stability, labelling, nutritional value, possible claims (e.g. health claims)
- New Products: Technical clarifications and consultation concerning feasibility and indication
- Raw materials: Specifications, if necessary evaluation of residues and contaminants
- Current labelling and legal requirements
- Standard products including possible indication areas
- Available documentation: e.g. compilation of dossiers for the export of products
- Available process standards and/or certificates: Manufacturing permission, GMP, Kosher and Halal certification etc.
