In compliance with international standards (GMP -
Good Manufacturing Practice; GDP - Good Distribution
Practice; GSP – Good Storage Practice), a coordinated
SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and ongoing training
courses for all employees exists at Swiss Caps. This system
is regularly reviewed by internal and external audits.

All pharmaceutical production sites are audited by the responsible
authorities and have appropriate certificates and authorisations.
In accordance with the guidelines of the Codex Alimentarius
for the production of nutritional supplements, we introduced
a HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) concept.
This HACCP concept is part of the ISO 14001 (environmental
management standard) and the BRC (British Retail Consortium).
